EVENT INFORMATION BOOTHS

WILLIAM LAND PARK

SUTTER'S FORT

CAPITOL PARK

Below we have put together information about our event format, including event summary, dates, locations and information about how we ensure sponsor visibility.

This page is meant to provide clarity in how our events benefit our sponsors. For the latest details on our events and to view the details of each, please view upcoming events.

EVENT INFORMATION BOOTHS

At each event, we will set up Event Information Booths that will be our public-facing component of the painting days. This "booth" is a 10x10 feet canopy that will have two or three tables underneath it. Across the top of the canopy, we will display our program banner and our sponsor banner. Each banner measures three feet by ten feet, and will be displayed at all events.

Sponsor Visibility

The information booth will be situated in a position to maximize visibility for the program banner and the sponsor banner. Additionally, we will be glad to display additional marketing collateral, if provided by the sponsor, on our event tables.

For Patron Level sponsors, we will place either their name or logo in a 3"x12" rectangle, located in the center of the banner. For Curator Level sponsor, we will place their name or logo in a 12"x12" area around the perimeter of the banner.

Each sponsor will be prominently placed on the Plein Air Sac event banners and will receive clear visibility by event attendees, pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and attending artists. The specific location of sponsor logos cannot be guaranteed.

Please see the banner format below.

CAPITOL PARK

Event Summary

We are currently permited by the California Highway Patrol for two painting days in Capitol Park. We have selected the area adjacent to the World Peace Rose Garden on the East end of the park.

In addition to being situated by the rose garden, we will be clearly visible to the abundant vehicle and pedestrian traffic on 15th Street. The centrality of the location and the proximity to the many Midtown eateries ensures that the Capitol Park events will greatly enhance the visibility of the program and its sponsors.

Event Dates
